At GATHER, the safety and comfort of our guests are a top priority. We take thoughtful steps to ensure a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for every event.

• The venue is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event
• High-touch surfaces (tables, restrooms, door handles) are regularly disinfected
• The space is well-ventilated and designed for comfortable guest flow
• Hand sanitizer is available for guests
• ADA-accessible common areas and restrooms
• All events must comply with local health, safety, and fire code regulations
• Outside vendors must follow venue safety guidelines while on-site

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting reserved time on our calendar.

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date
• Deposits are non-refundable once the rental agreement is signed
• If you cancel 30+ days before your event, any remaining balance (if paid) will be refunded
• If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the full rental balance is due and non-refundable
• Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested in writing
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.), we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable solution when possible
