3. Listings

Hosts can list their spaces on Studio Supply for events, meetings, film, and photo shoots. Listings must provide accurate and complete information about the space, including pricing and availability.

4. Booking and Payments

When a guest books a space, they will be charged in full through our payment provider, Stripe. Hosts will receive payments via direct deposit at the end of each booking. Studio Supply collects a service fee from each booking.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by listing. Hosts and guests are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the cancellation terms prior to booking. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy set by the host.

6. Use of Spaces

Guests must use the spaces only for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking. Any violation of the intended use may result in additional charges or termination of the booking.

7. Host Responsibilities

Hosts must ensure their space is safe and clean. They are responsible for any damages or issues that arise during the guest's use of the space. Hosts must comply with all local laws and regulations.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must respect the host's property and follow all rules and guidelines provided by the host. They are responsible for any damages caused during their use of the space.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, infringing on others' rights, or using the space in a manner that is harmful or offensive. Violation of this policy may result in account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

Studio Supply is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Hosts and guests agree to release Studio Supply from any claims related to their use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

Studio Supply reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms of Service for Studio Supply

Welcome to Studio Supply, a platform operated by Content Supply LLC. By using Studio Supply, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Use

• Studio Supply provides a platform for hosts to list and rent studio spaces and for users to book those spaces. Content Supply LLC is not a party to the agreements between hosts and renters.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

2. Host Responsibilities

• Hosts must provide accurate information about their space, including availability, pricing, and amenities.
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their space complies with local laws, including safety and accessibility regulations.
• Hosts must uphold any bookings and are solely responsible for any issues arising from the rental of their space.

3. Booking Policies

• Renters agree to adhere to the booking terms set by the host.
• Any disputes between the host and renter must be resolved directly between them. Studio Supply does not mediate disputes but can offer support when necessary.
• Renters must respect the house rules set by the host.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed through Studio Supply's payment system. Hosts will receive their payment within [insert timeframe] after the booking is completed, minus platform service fees.
• Cancellations made by either party must comply with the cancellation policy set by the host.

5. Liability

Host Agreement

Host Agreement for Studio Supply

Effective Date: September 14, 2024

This Host Agreement outlines the terms under which you ("Host") agree to list and rent your studio space on Studio Supply, owned and operated by Content Supply LLC.

1. Listing Obligations

• As a Host, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your studio, including but not limited to availability, pricing, amenities, and house rules.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your listing and must promptly update any changes to availability or pricing.

2. Compliance with Laws

• You are responsible for ensuring that your studio space complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including safety, accessibility, and zoning regulations.
• You must carry all necessary permits and licenses to operate a rental space.

3. Insurance

• You agree to carry appropriate insurance coverage, including liability insurance, for any claims related to the use of your studio space. Content Supply LLC may request proof of insurance at any time.
• If you do not have insurance, you acknowledge that any damages, injuries, or legal issues arising from the rental will be your sole responsibility.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• You must clearly define your cancellation and no-show policies in your listing. Renters must be made aware of these terms prior to booking.
• Any disputes related to cancellations or no-shows must be handled directly between you and the renter. Studio Supply may assist in providing support but will not intervene in disputes.

5. Payments and Fees

• You will receive payment for bookings made through Studio Supply, minus any applicable service fees. Payments will be processed within [insert timeframe] after the completion of a booking.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with renting your space.

6. Conduct and Safety

• You agree to maintain a safe and clean space for renters and ensure that the studio is in good working condition at the time of each booking.

7. Termination of Agreement

• Content Supply LLC reserves the right to remove your listing or terminate this agreement at any time if you violate these terms or the Terms of Service.
• You may terminate this agreement by removing your listing from the platform, but you are still obligated to honor any outstanding bookings.

8. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Supply LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or legal proceedings arising from the rental of your studio space.

Location Release Agreement

This Agreement is made effective as of [Insert Date].

1. Grant of Permission

The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee and its employees, agents, contractors, clients, and successors, the non-exclusive right to enter, use, and film/photograph at the Premises, including any surrounding areas owned or controlled by the Licensor, for the purpose of creating content, including but not limited to video production, photography, and promotional material, during the period starting from [Insert Start Date] to [Insert End Date] (the "Term").

2. Scope of Use

The Licensee may use the Premises for the following purposes:

• Filming and photography for promotional content, advertisements, user-generated content, or other production purposes as required by Studio Supply clients.
• Use of the studio’s interior and exterior for capturing still images, video, and audio.
• Bringing equipment, crew, actors, and props necessary for the production.

The Licensee’s use of the Premises shall not interfere with the normal operation of the Premises beyond the agreed dates/times.

3. Consideration

In consideration for the use of the Premises, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor the amount of $[Insert Fee], due on or before [Insert Payment Due Date]. This payment shall be in full compensation for the Licensor granting use of the Premises under the terms of this Agreement.

4. Alterations and Cleanup

The Licensee agrees not to make any permanent alterations to the Premises without prior written consent from the Licensor. Any temporary alterations must be removed and the Premises returned to its original condition at the end of the Term. Licensee agrees to clean up the Premises after use and leave it in the same condition as found.

5. Damage and Liability

• The Licensee agrees to be responsible for any damages caused to the Premises as a result of their use.
• The Licensee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and the owners of the Premises from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities that may arise from the Licensee’s use of the Premises.
• The Licensee agrees to carry adequate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance, and may be required to provide proof of insurance upon request.

6. Rights to Media

The Licensor grants the Licensee all rights, title, and interest in and to the media created on the Premises, including the right to edit, distribute, publish, or otherwise use the content without restriction, in perpetuity and throughout the world, in any media format, for any purpose.

7. Release

The Licensor releases the Licensee, its clients, agents, employees, and successors from any and all claims arising from the use of the Premises for the above-stated purpose, including but not limited to claims related to privacy, property damage, or any other liability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any of the terms herein. If the Licensee terminates the Agreement before the Term, the Licensor will be compensated on a pro-rata basis for any completed work or partial use of the Premises.

9. Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State].
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
