Discover Unique Studios, a modern, all-inclusive photo studio in River North, Downtown Chicago. Our compact yet luxurious 500 sqft space comes with a choice of colorful backdrops, lighting equipment, custom effects LED lights, photography accessories, props, and more that’ll help you turn your ideas into a masterpiece every single time.

We’ve also included a vanity, wardrobe racks, a lounge area which is open to the public, a small arcade, and much more to make sure you and your guests/clients have a smooth, comfortable shoot.

Studio is under video surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. (it can/will be used for dispute resolution ONLY).

Space is used by other artists for purposes like (but not limited to): Dance Shoot, Film Shoot, Promotional Video, Web Series Shoot, Documentary Shoot, Production, Kickstarter Video, Workout Video, Filming, Fitness Video, Music Video, Video Shoot, Casting, Apparel Shoot, Clothing Shoot, Commercial Photoshoot, Fashion Shoot, Head Shot, Photo Shoot, Photo Studio, Portrait Photoshoot, Product Shoot, Promotional Photoshoot, Workshop, Class, Collaboration, Workshop

We sanitize every thing through out our studio, we also have a sink to wash your hands, also we have sanitizer and cleaning products for our guest to use.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
